Miss Heart of Plant City, Inc. is a non-profit organization built to allow young women the opportunity to achieve their scholarship goals and to have a chance to compete for the titles of Florida's Outstanding Teen and the Miss Florida Pageant.   The Miss Florida Pageant is a state representative for the Miss America Pageant.  Miss Heart of Plant City, Inc. is dedicated to the enhancement of young women in their scholastic achievements and aspirations.
