| Registration is open to young ladies between the ages of 5 and 23. We will award 4 titles – Tiny Miss Heart, Little Miss Heart, Junior Miss Heart, Miss Heart Outstanding Teen and Miss Heart – Registration fees for all winners to the Miss Florida Program July 7 – 11 will be paid.
